Virtual Staging
Help buyers picture the home
Furnish, populate, and showcase any room so an empty space reads as a place someone could live.

Four ways to stage
Stage a room, four ways
Pick the rooms and the look. Every scene is quality checked by a professional editor, and we'll label scenes as virtual if you'd like.
Our staging policy
Honest staging, checked by a professional editor
Staging should help buyers imagine living in a home, never misrepresent it. We style the space without changing what the property actually is. More in our guide to AI real estate video ethics.
What we add
Everything that helps a room read as a home:
- Furniture in empty or sparse rooms
- Decor, art, and soft styling
- Photoreal people in lifestyle scenes
- Twilight skies and detail close-ups
What we never change
Anything that would misrepresent the home stays exactly as it is:
- Permanent layout and floor plan
- Walls, structure, and built-ins
- Defects, damage, or signs of wear
- Windows, doors, and the view outside
- Lot size and exterior footprint

Virtual staging questions
Is virtual staging just furniture?+
Furniture is the most common request, but virtual staging covers more: photoreal people in lifestyle scenes, twilight and time-of-day skies, and cinematic detail shots. Use one or combine several on a single listing.
Is virtually staged imagery labeled?+
Labeling is optional. By default we don't mark scenes as staged, but we'll add a label on request — in line with the disclosure practices in our guide to AI real estate video ethics.
What will you never change about the home?+
We only add furniture, people, light, and close-ups. We never alter the layout, walls, structure, windows, views, lot size, or flooring, and we never hide defects or wear.
Can I add it to any package?+
Yes. Virtual staging can be added to any listing video order — pick the rooms and the look you want when you place it. Because it's fully digital, there's nothing to rent or schedule.
